Welcome to Matie Pty Ltd. By booking our cleaning services via phone, website, or email, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Cleaning Services
Matie Pty Ltd offers:
- Domestic & Commercial Cleaning
- Short- & Long-Term Cleaning
- End-of-Lease Cleaning (with a 3-day guarantee)
- Deep Cleaning
- Additional Services (e.g., oven cleaning, window cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, mould removal)
2. Service Scope & Conditions
- Services will be provided as per the agreed schedule and scope.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if cleaning conditions are unsuitable (e.g., no water or power).
- If service costs exceed the quote, clients can choose to pay the additional amount or proceed with a partial service.
- We do not guarantee post-renovation cleaning results if work is ongoing.
3. Service Guarantee
- If the cleaning does not meet the agreed scope, we will revisit within 48 hours for corrections.
- Short- and long-term cleanings require at least 24 hours’ notice (weekdays) for back-to-back or same-day check-ins.
- Arrival times are provided within a 30-minute window.
4. Extra Services
- Additional services must be requested in advance.
- End-of-Lease Cleaning includes a 3-day guarantee for real estate inspections.
- Items left in an unfurnished property will be considered rubbish and disposed of.
5. Carpet Cleaning Disclaimer
- Pricing is based on standard residential rooms and may be adjusted if requirements change.
- We strive for the best results, but some stains may be permanent due to wear and tear.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide free visitor or street parking for our team (charges may apply if unavailable).
- Ensure property access at the scheduled time (delays may result in time deductions or extra fees).
- Maintain a safe working environment.
- Notify changes at least 24 hours in advance ($50 fee applies for late cancellations).
7. Payment Terms
- Payments must be settled within the agreed terms.
- Cash payments must be made upon job completion.
8. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Minimum 24 hours’ notice required.
- Late cancellations incur a $50 fee.
9. Liability & Insurance
- We take reasonable care but are not liable for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or normal wear and tear.
- Clients must report concerns within 24 hours of service completion.
- We carry liability insurance for damages or injuries caused by our staff.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information shared during service provision.
